This infill land development of 8 apartments fronts an established residential street and occupies a site that was previously the grounds of a public house. The public house remains to the East of the new building and has recently been converted into 19 apartments. To fulfil overall parking and amenity space requirements across the site the new apartment block is raised off the ground with undercroft parking below and the apartments have recessed terraces. A shared pedestrianised zone fronts the main street while carpark access is from the rear. The architecture reflects the surrounding pitched roof properties and is enhanced with gables and feature brickwork. The proposal received full planning approval from Trafford Council in 2025.
